Step 1:
Wash it before use, rinse off impurities, so that the strap can absorb the oil better.
Step 2:
Lay the tummy strap flat, apply some massage castor to the pack evenly on the middle of the pack, avoiding the edges.
Step 3:
Wrap the pack on your tummy and adjust the elastic strips to a suitable length.
Step 4:
Wear it for 45 minutes to 1 hour and enjoy the massage oil on your body.
Step 5:
